Q:  Will the people you are investigating know that you are looking into them?
A:  All our investigations are confidential and discreet at all times and nobody should ever
     know that we are investigating them. All our investigators are highly trained /
     experienced and try at all costs to avoid detection etc!

Q:  Do you guarantee that the provided trace service will be a success?
A:  Even though we have a fantastic success rate, we do not guarantee our trace services.
    The cases that are unsuccessful is usually due to unforeseen reasons such as the
    individual is long-term travelling and, or seriously keeping low' due to dept or because
    they are wanted by the police etc and are therefor and purposely leaving minimum
     tracks / records.

Q:  How do you manage to get information’s on a particular person / matter?
A:  We don’t want to provide to much detail as to how we gather information’s etc as this
    would be like giving away the recipe to a great soup, however we can say that a
     combination on databases, contacts, latest tools, resources and methods allow us to
    to successfully gather information’s / investigate anyone or anything in around 90% of
     the cases that we take on....

Q:  What type of information do you require?
A:  This depends on the service that is required! For example, if we were being asked to
     locate a missing person we would like to know any or all of the following:
    Full name
    Last known address
    National Insurance number
    Date of birth
    The names of relatives, previous employers and friends
    Drivers license number.
